Instructions: 

• Click the  "Make a Payment" button, it will take you to the Payment Center. 
  

• Agency Ref #
  

• Court - the number found on your ticket (type "Court Fine" if you do not have the ticket number)
  

• Utilities - account number found on your bill (type "Utility Payment for (your name)" if you do not have your account number)
  

• Payment Amount: Type in the amount of payment.
  

• Terms: Read the Terms and Conditions and click the box to agree.
  

• Click the Checkout button: Proceed to completing the information to pay by credit or debit card.
