Garnett Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals
This board meets the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m., or as needed, and consists of seven (7) members serving three (3) year terms. Under the direction of the Zoning Administrator, they review the comprehensive zoning plan and conduct public hearings for zoning changes and special use permits for the City of Garnett. Two (2) members must live outside of the city limits but within three (3) miles.
